Monthly Prezzy Card Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to New Zealand residents only. Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter — to request an alternative entry method, contact us at team@licencetowin.co.nz.

How to Enter
Email your photo or video to team@licencetowin.co.nz with your name and contact details included. Photo submissions receive one (1) entry into that month's draw. Video submissions receive three (3) entries into that month's draw. One submission per household per month. Entries must be submitted within the calendar month to be included in that month's draw. Entries do not carry over to the following month. By submitting an entry, you confirm that all people pictured or featured have given their consent to appear, and that you are the owner of the content submitted.

The Prize
One winner is selected per month. The prize is a $50 New Zealand Prezzy Card, which is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

Draw & Winner Notification
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received during that calendar month, using a random number generator applied to a numbered list of valid entries. The draw takes place on the last day of each month. The winner will be announced on our Instagram page (@licencetowin) and contacted directly via the email address associated with their Licence to Win order. Entrants who entered via an alternative method will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of their request. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered via NZ Post overnight courier with signature required. Once a winner has been selected and announced, we will contact them via email to confirm their delivery address. The prize will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the winner's confirmed delivery address. Licence to Win is not responsible for any delays caused by NZ Post once the prize has been dispatched.

Content & Privacy
By entering, you grant Licence to Win permission to share your submitted photo or video on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. You will be credited where possible. Your personal details will only be used to administer this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. General
Licence to Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this giveaway at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Licence to Win's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final. This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify, Instagram, or any other platform.
